Pool House

A $199 monthly maintenance fee includes:

  • Housekeeping six days per week
  • Weekly linen service
  • Pool house and activity room
  • Reflexology walking path
  • Relaxing Balinese Bale Bengongs (Gazebos)
  • Building in/out, pool and grounds maintenance
  • 24/7 onsite security
  • Satellite TV and WiFi internet access
  • Transportation twice per week for grocery shopping
  • Utilities including: Water, septic, gas, trash collection
  • All hazard and liability insurance
  • Concierge service
  • Guest suites for overnight visitors

This amount is based on a yearly operating budget voted on by all owners and may be subject to change.

All full owners will pay this fee year-round, and six-month share owners need to pay for the 6 month portion they own.

These prices, whether for six months or year around, are the one time, full purchase price for your apartment. You can pass it down to your heirs, or sell it at any time.
