Thanks to the Dutch influence, these types of meats are very common here (thank goodness).

The best part about eggs in Bali is they are local, fresh, and very tasty!

It's hard to find fresher seafood than in Bali.  Local fisherman go out in the early morning, you buy later that day.

Traditional markets are a great place to experience the culture of Bali.

Since the meat at traditional market is raised by local farmers—not big corporate farms—you won't find it packaged for you, but you will find it to be some of the best meat you've ever had!

Shallots, garlic, and fresh chilies are common ingredients in many Balinese dishes.  The bags have crackers in them that are traditionally served on the side of every meal.
